Privacy Policy

Nova Mobile Tech LLC · Effective date: October 17, 2026

This policy explains what information Nova Mobile Tech LLC ("Nova", "we", "us") collects through novamobiletech.net and through the text messages we send, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Your name, email address, mobile number and whatever you write in a message to us, including the roles you are interested in and your availability.
  • Information from applying. The details you send when you apply for a role, and any correspondence with our recruiters.
  • Information collected automatically. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used to keep the site working and secure.

We do not ask for — and you should never send us — your Social Security number, your date of birth, or copies of identity documents through this website.

How we use it

  • To consider you for roles and to contact you about them
  • To send the text messages you have opted in to receive
  • To answer your enquiries and provide support
  • To keep records required for legal, tax and compliance purposes
  • To detect and prevent misuse of our site and our messaging

Text messages and mobile information

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for a role or of being placed in one. See the SMS Terms for the full detail of the messaging programme.

How we share information

We share information only where it is needed to run the service: with prospective employers when you ask us to put you forward, with service providers who host our site and deliver our messages, and where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep application and contact records for as long as needed to consider you for roles and to meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Consent records for text messaging are kept for as long as we may need to demonstrate that consent was given.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them immediately
  • Ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you
  • Withdraw consent to text messaging at any time, without affecting your applications
