A staffing firm that says the quiet part.

Our story

Nova started from a complaint that almost everyone who has looked for work recognises: the listing said one thing and the job turned out to be another. Pay bands that moved after the interview. "Remote" that meant three days in an office two states away. Applications that disappeared into a system that never answered.

We set the company up to work the other way around. We keep a small catalogue of areas we actually know — customer support, back office, scheduling, healthcare admin, logistics and sales — and we describe the work in it properly. When we do not know a role well enough to describe it honestly, we do not list it.

That means we are not the right partner for every search, and we are comfortable saying so. What we offer instead is a short list of roles where the schedule, the engagement type and the day-to-day are all written down before you spend an evening on an application.

We are a California limited liability company. Our office hours are listed below, our phone rings to a person, and every message we send tells you how to stop it.
